The Crew
			THE PIRATE CODE
			“They are not just guidelines.”
	I) The fund of all payments under the articles is the stock of what is gotten by the expedition, following the same law as other pirates, that is, No CLEANING, No PAY!
	II) Compensation is provided the Captain for the use of his crew and for each member of the crew.
	III) Shares of booty are provided as follows: The acting Captain shall earn 2 coins and each member will earn 1 coin unless they are a captain in rank and they will earn 2 coins as well as the acting captain.
	IV) There are 5 levels within the ship: The Captain, First Mate, Second Mate, Musician, and the pirates in the crew.
			a. The Crew
			i. How to earn: You join the crew
			ii. What you receive: A purse and one coin
			b. The Musician
			i. How to earn: You have 3 coins
			ii. What you receive: The leave to wear a pirate hat
			c. Second Mate
			i. How to earn: You have 5 coins
			ii. What you receive: Add an anchor charm to the hat
			d. First Mate
			i. How to earn: You have 7 coins
			ii. What you receive: Add a wheel charm to the hat
			e. The Captain
			i. How to earn: You have 10 coins and you have acted as captain for one Clean-Up
			ii. What you receive: Add a ship charm to the hat and you will receive captain’s pay.
	V) Captains may gain further rank by purchasing jewels for their purse.
	VI) Captains responsibilities include getting crews together for clean-up.
